Obituary

Clifton James Elliott, 58, of Long Beach, NY, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on June 10, 2025.

Clifton was born on April 20, 1967, in Cumberland, NC. He graduated from Long Beach High School in 1985 and later married his high school sweetheart, Cynthia Lopez, in 1994. Together, they built a life filled with love and raised four children: Leon, Natisha, Andrea, and Desmond.

Clifton worked as a professional high-rise window cleaner for Westholme Window Cleaning, where he took great pride in his work. He was a loving and supportive father who encouraged his children to pursue their dreams and lead meaningful lives. Clifton was a man of many talents, known for leading by example, his generosity, and his unwavering dedication to his family.

He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and was passionate about the team’s pursuit of a Super Bowl victory—something he looked forward to each season.

Clifton is survived by his four children: Leon, Natisha, Andrea, and Desmond Elliott. He was preceded in death by Kashea Elliott, Hadadi Smith, and Charles Smith.
